Watling Hope's Grease Goblin DTS provides drainage protection for Hospitality Show's Parade De Chefs

Watling Hope have installed a WatBio Grease Goblin at the Parade De Chefs at the Hospitality Show.

The automatic Grease Goblin system protects the drain-lines by injecting grease-digesting bacteria directly into the kitchen waste drainage at pre-programmed intervals. Once introduced the bacteria colonise the walls of the pipe-work where they digest fat deposits and form an active bio-film which digests fat as it cools.

Installed by Watling Hope engineers in the wash-up area at the Parade De Chefs the Grease Goblin system will protect the drain lines from fat, oil and grease build-up for the three day event.
