Grease Shield AST range

The Grease Shield is the UK's first automatic grease removal system to positively remove grease and food from kitchen effluent.

The dual-removal system provides exceptionally high drainage protection by extracting and discharging the food-solids (a common source of blockage) and then the fat, oil and grease reducing the oil content in the discharge effluent to below 100 parts per million.

In addition to its high removal rate the unit is also the UK’s first self-maintaining automatic separator which means the unit stays clean and odour free with no staff cleaning required.
